Option 1 (recommended): Delete in the app
This is the fastest way to initiate deletion.
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account and confirm
We’ll start deleting your account data right away and sign you out when the request is
complete.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, you can request account deletion by email. We process requests within 7 days.
Please send the email from the address associated with your account.
Revoke access (optional)
Revoking access prevents future logins, but it doesn’t automatically delete your data from our servers.
Apple ID: Sign-In and Security → Apps Using Apple ID → remove Beach Coach.
What data will be deleted
- Your user profile and settings
- Uploaded videos and analysis results
- Chat history with AI coaches
- Other personal information associated with your account
If laws require we retain specific records, we’ll keep only what’s required.
